Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated BI Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong foundation in business intelligence tools and data analysis. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support our engineering and construction business operations, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytical requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions and data integrity.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Assist in the design and development of SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the BI and data analytics field.
