Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded professional to join our team as a Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the entire lifecycle of bids, tenders, and proposals within the import and export domain. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks governing contracts and procurement, coupled with analytical skills to assess opportunities and formulate winning strategies. You will play a crucial role in securing new business and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and auction notices to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and submit compliant and competitive bids, proposals, and auction responses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct legal reviews of tender documents and proposed contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and develop winning strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and submission deadlines.
- Maintain a database of all bids, proposals, and contract documents.
- Stay updated on changes in procurement laws, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to import/export and logistics.
- Assist in contract negotiation and finalization processes, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
