Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a Master's degree to join our dynamic team as Bilingual / Multilingual Support agents. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional voice and blended support across multiple languages. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience to build a career in the thriving Oil & Gas sector in Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and other communication channels (email, chat) in specified foreign languages.
- Provide accurate information regarding ONGC services, products, and policies.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
- Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
