Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bosun with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for contributing to design conceptualization, prototyping, and user experience research within our automotive product development lifecycle. You will work closely with senior designers and engineers to translate innovative ideas into tangible design solutions that meet user needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of design concepts and visualisations for new automotive components and systems.
Support the creation of 2D and 3D models and renderings using relevant design software.
Participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and observational studies, to gather insights for design improvements.
Contribute to the fabrication and testing of design prototypes, documenting findings and suggesting refinements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design trends and opportunities.
Maintain design documentation and contribute to design presentations.
Apply design thinking methodologies throughout the product development process.
Gain practical experience in automotive design principles and manufacturing processes.
