Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brewing schedules for a variety of craft beer styles.
• Manage all aspects of the brewing process, including mashing, boiling, fermentation, and conditioning.
• Source and manage inventory of high-quality raw materials such as malt, hops, yeast, and water.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and brewing best practices.
• Ensure all brewing equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order.
