Career Opportunity: Business Analyst (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a B.Tech/B.E. degree, with a keen interest in the agrochemical industry. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, contributing to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our fertilizer and pesticide business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments, including R&D, sales, marketing, and operations.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and market penetration.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs, collaborating closely with IT and development teams.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and data models.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet the defined business objectives.

Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.

Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
