We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a C & B Management Specialist. This role is crucial for supporting our Compensation and Benefits initiatives within the dynamic electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus payouts, and health insurance management.
Conduct market research and data analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
Support the annual performance appraisal cycle and its link to compensation adjustments.
Maintain accurate employee data related to compensation and benefits in HRIS.
Prepare reports and presentations on C&B metrics for management review.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
