Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide cabin crew members during flights, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service standards.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings, assigning duties and ensuring all safety equipment is functional.
- Monitor cabin operations, address passenger concerns, and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide leadership and support to the cabin crew, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all airline policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cabin service and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training and development of new cabin crew members, leveraging your B.Des background for innovative service delivery.
