Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role will be crucial in managing and optimizing our card operations, ensuring seamless transaction processing, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our entertainment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily card operations, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
Manage relationships with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and payment gateways.
Investigate and resolve transaction disputes, chargebacks, and fraud-related issues.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
Analyze card operation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and customer support, to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the implementation of new card products and features.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
