Career Opportunity: Cargo Engineer (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cargo Engineer with a recent M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for optimizing the movement and management of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products within our textile and apparel supply chain. You will work closely with logistics, production, and inventory teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely transportation and handling of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize cargo transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and transit times.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor and track shipments, identifying and resolving any delays or issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing cargo handling procedures and best practices.
- Prepare reports on cargo volume, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Support the procurement and management of shipping materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the cargo and logistics operations.
