We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Catalog Manager with 3-5 years of experience, holding an MCA degree, to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As a Catalog Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT product and service catalog, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT service catalog, ensuring all offerings are accurately documented, categorized, and updated.

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendors to gather requirements and define catalog content.

Implement and enforce catalog management policies and procedures.

Analyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings.

Ensure the catalog is aligned with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL) and organizational goals.

Manage the lifecycle of catalog items, from introduction to retirement.

Support the implementation and ongoing use of catalog management tools.
