Career Opportunity: Category Executive (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and creative Category Executive with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our product categories within the medical devices and equipment sector. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to enhance product presentation, market appeal, and overall category performance, contributing directly to our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of category strategies to drive sales and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product assortment and merchandising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
- Develop and maintain product information, including descriptions, specifications, and visual assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and online/offline presentation of products within assigned categories.
- Track and report on key category performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the procurement and inventory management processes for the category.
