We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our esteemed organization in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial management principles and a proven track record in strategic financial planning and execution. This role is crucial in guiding the financial direction of our Beauty & Personal Care division within India. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, managing financial risks, and contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for a BBA/BBM graduate with 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
