- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India.
- Lead organizational design and development initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain key talent.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve data analytics.
- Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic decision-making.
