Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including plaints, written statements, applications, and notices.
- Conduct legal research on various civil laws, statutes, and case precedents relevant to real estate disputes.
- Support senior lawyers in preparing case files, evidence, and arguments for court appearances.
- Attend court hearings, tribunals, and other legal proceedings under supervision.
- Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and track deadlines for all ongoing litigation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Contribute to the development of litigation strategies and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal procedures.
