Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Litigation Associate with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our legal team in Noida. This role will provide invaluable experience in handling various civil litigation matters relevant to the telecom and ISP industry. The ideal candidate will assist senior legal professionals in research, drafting, and case management, contributing to the smooth functioning of our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting legal pleadings, notices, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case laws, and regulations pertaining to civil disputes.
- Support senior lawyers in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with external counsel and relevant government agencies.
- Monitor court dockets and track case progress.
- Contribute to the analysis of financial and commercial aspects of disputes, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Perform other legal support tasks as assigned.
