Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD degree to join our legal team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil laws, real estate regulations, and litigation procedures in India. This role involves managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing the company in various legal proceedings. The candidate will work closely with senior legal counsel and business stakeholders to achieve favorable legal outcomes and mitigate risks for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and conduct civil litigation matters from initiation to conclusion, with a focus on real estate disputes.

Conduct thorough legal research on complex legal issues, statutes, and case precedents relevant to civil and property law.

Draft and file various legal pleadings, notices, applications, appeals, and other court documents with precision and accuracy.

Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums, presenting arguments effectively.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant government authorities.

Provide legal opinions and advisory services to internal business units on civil and property-related matters.

Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and case strategies.

Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
