Role Summary:
KSIIDC is seeking a motivated and diligent Civil Litigation professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of civil litigation matters, ensuring compliance with all legal procedures, and contributing to the efficient resolution of disputes relevant to the Corporation's operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian civil law and procedure, coupled with excellent drafting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil matters pertaining to KSIIDC's projects and operations.
- Draft and file various pleadings, petitions, applications, and affidavits in civil courts and tribunals.
- Represent the Corporation in court hearings, conferences, and mediations.
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal opinions and advice to the management on civil litigation issues.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as required.
- Manage case files, maintain records, and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of legal strategies for ongoing and potential litigation.
- Stay updated with amendments in civil laws and relevant case laws.
