Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Co-Pilot / First Officer / Second Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our aviation division, supporting critical government and public administration operations. The ideal candidate will possess an M.A. degree, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient flight operations. This role involves assisting the Captain in all aspects of flight planning, execution, and post-flight duties, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in pre-flight checks, including aircraft inspection, systems review, and flight plan preparation.
  • Share flight deck duties with the PIC, including navigation, communication, and aircraft control as directed.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, weather conditions, and air traffic control instructions throughout the flight.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs and records, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional flight deck environment, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
  • Participate in post-flight debriefings and contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures.
  • Apply analytical skills gained from M.A. to interpret complex flight data, operational manuals, and regulatory requirements.
