Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies for debt collection and recovery, aligning with company policies and legal regulations.

Manage a portfolio of outstanding debts, categorizing them and prioritizing recovery efforts.

Conduct detailed analysis of debtor accounts to identify potential risks and opportunities for recovery.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Liaise with legal counsel and external agencies when necessary for debt recovery actions.
