Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of experience and a strong aptitude for practical, hands-on work in the engineering and construction domain, where formal graduation is not a prerequisite. You will be an integral part of our project execution, supporting various operational tasks and contributing to the successful completion of our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior tradespeople and engineers in daily tasks on construction sites and workshops.
Perform basic fabrication, assembly, and installation of components as per instructions.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Read and interpret basic technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Operate light machinery and power tools under supervision.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies on site.
Support material handling, inventory management, and site logistics.
Learn and apply new skills and techniques as required for project needs.
