Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Compensation & Benefits professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR analytics, with a Master of Science degree. You will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of our employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and administration of competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive within the beauty and personal care industry.
- Analyze HR data related to compensation and benefits to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on compensation and benefits metrics and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance teams on compensation-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and communication of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
