The ideal candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols within our expanding studio and infrastructure projects. This role requires a foundational understanding of construction safety principles and a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for construction personnel.

Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to implement safety plans and procedures.

Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety management systems.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on construction sites.
