Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Oversee the design and execution of marketing collateral, social media assets, website visuals, and presentations.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies.
- Ensure all creative output is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered within deadlines.
