Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Advocate to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their voice is heard within the company. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background and 3-5 years of experience to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction within the Indian leather industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and build brand loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer feedback, inquiries, and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product/service improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Create and manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content.
- Monitor customer sentiment across various channels and proactively address any potential dissatisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of customer success metrics and track progress against goals.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in customer advocacy and the leather market.
