Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial stages of product/service adoption.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of Dr. Reddy's product portfolio and its application within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, Product Development) to address client needs and drive product improvements.
- Monitor client health and identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies.
- Educate clients on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize their utilization of our offerings.
- Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and service enhancement.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our CRM system.
