Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deck Fitter / Welder with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our innovative team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and welding of various structures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role is crucial for supporting our expanding educational infrastructure and creative project development within the ed-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for fabrication and welding projects.
- Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials, ensuring strong and precise joints.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components and structures according to project requirements.
- Fit and align components for welding, ensuring proper fit-up and tolerances.
- Inspect welds and finished products for defects, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure project timelines and quality are met.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on-site and in the workshop.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of structures as needed.
