Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate demand forecasts for various product lines using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
- Analyze sales data, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and key performance indicators.
- Support the implementation and improvement of demand planning processes and tools.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to demand and supply.
- Assist in the creation of sales and operations planning (S&OP) documents.
