Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dialing system, including campaign setup, list management, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze dialing campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize dialer performance, such as call pacing, abandonment rates, and contact rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to telemarketing and data privacy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align dialing strategies with business objectives.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the dialing system or campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of dialing activities and customer interactions.
