The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma and possess a strong understanding of dialer systems, campaign management, and performance analytics. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our tele-outreach initiatives within the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure dialer platforms (e.g., predictive, progressive, preview dialers) to support various campaign objectives.
- Develop and implement dialer strategies to maximize agent productivity and minimize abandoned calls.
- Monitor real-time dialer performance, identify trends, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as connect rates, conversion rates, and agent utilization.
- Collaborate with team leads and agents to provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of dialer activities and campaign outcomes.
- Assist in the training of new agents on dialer system usage and best practices.
