Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Diversity & Inclusion Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role will support the implementation and advancement of our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, fostering an equitable and inclusive workplace culture within the metals and mining sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of D&I principles and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of D&I strategies and programs.
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of diversity metrics.
- Help organize and promote D&I awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate D&I principles into recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Conduct research on best practices in Diversity & Inclusion.
- Contribute to the creation of inclusive communication materials.
- Provide administrative support for D&I related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant diversity legislation and policies.
