Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Duty Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Nasik. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures, conducting regular checks and inspections.
- Manage shift schedules, employee attendance, and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance metrics to management.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing unit.
