Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Advise management and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and terminations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee relations training for managers and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support the HR team in various employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex employee relations issues as needed.
