We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a keen interest in the clinical research and contract research industry. You will support engineering operations, contribute to project execution, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Learn and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new engineering processes and technologies.
Maintain detailed documentation for all engineering activities and project progress.
Support senior engineers and managers in various operational tasks.
