Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Services Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Indore. This role will involve overseeing and coordinating various engineering support functions, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and operational processes within a BPM environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team responsible for engineering support services, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting related to engineering services, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all engineering service activities.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the team.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the adoption of best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
