The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles within an industrial setting. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our employees and managing on-site medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illness.

Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings as per company policy.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employees.

Manage and dispense medications as prescribed by visiting doctors.

Educate employees on health and safety awareness, preventive healthcare, and wellness programs.

Ensure the availability and proper functioning of all medical equipment and supplies.

Liaise with external healthcare providers and emergency services when necessary.

Assist in the implementation of occupational health policies and procedures.
