Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of risk management principles within a dynamic business environment. This role will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact Pepperfry's operations and strategic objectives in the fast-growing furniture and furnishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and policies.

Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats across various business functions, including supply chain, operations, finance, and IT.

Analyze risk data and prepare reports on risk exposure and mitigation strategies for management.

Support the monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Contribute to business continuity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.

Support the investigation of risk events and the implementation of corrective actions.
