Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Lucknow. This role will be crucial in managing and streamlining our international trade operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and optimizing the flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all export and import activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian and international trade regulations, pharmaceutical import/export laws, and company policies.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other external agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, regulatory affairs) to ensure smooth international transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in import/export processes.
- Conduct market research for potential new export markets and suppliers for imported goods, leveraging your M.Pharma background for understanding of pharmaceutical products and regulations.
