Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Finance professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our Investment team. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring. This role will provide exposure to various aspects of private equity investments and require active participation in deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and market research for potential investment opportunities.

- Assist in the preparation of investment memos, financial models, and valuation reports.

- Support the deal team throughout the transaction process, including negotiation and closing.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on various financial and strategic initiatives.

- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
