The Flight Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistical aspects of our product distribution and supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning and cost management principles, crucial for optimizing operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule flight operations for product shipments, considering timelines, costs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with ground operations, air traffic control, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely departures and arrivals.
- Monitor flight progress, track shipments, and proactively address any delays or disruptions.
- Manage flight documentation, including manifests, load plans, and operational logs.
- Analyze flight performance data and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Prepare financial reports related to flight operations, including budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with the finance and accounts department to manage payments, invoices, and financial records pertaining to logistics.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient dispatch procedures and strategies.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding shipment status.
