Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master's degree to join our team as a Forex Manager. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background and a keen interest in foreign exchange markets. You will support the Forex Desk in executing trades, managing currency exposure, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within the dynamic BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of foreign exchange transactions (spot, forward, options) under the guidance of senior traders.
- Monitor global currency markets and economic news to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support in the preparation of daily and weekly reports on forex positions and market movements.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct basic research on currency trends and provide insights to the team.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Treasury, Operations, Compliance) to facilitate smooth forex operations.
- Help maintain relationships with external forex brokers and counterparties.
