Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Support the analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the configuration and customization of software solutions based on defined requirements.
- Conduct testing of implemented solutions to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Prepare training materials and support end-user training sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior consultants on project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues that may arise during or after implementation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process documentation.
