Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to employees, including diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses.
- Manage on-site medical emergencies, including trauma and acute surgical conditions.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and post-employment medical examinations.
- Advise on occupational health hazards and preventive measures relevant to the petrochemical and plastics industry.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers for specialized treatments and referrals.
- Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs.
- Utilize knowledge of pharmaceuticals (from B.Pharma background) for appropriate medication prescription and management in an occupational setting.
