Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Geophysicist with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our innovative team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to apply their unique design thinking and analytical skills to geophysical challenges within the electrical equipment industry. You will contribute to projects involving site assessment, material characterization, and the development of innovative solutions for electrical infrastructure. The role requires a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, with a focus on creative problem-solving and data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of geophysical surveys for site investigations and infrastructure development.
* Analyze and interpret geophysical data (e.g., seismic, electrical resistivity, ground-penetrating radar) to identify subsurface anomalies and geological features relevant to electrical equipment installation and performance.
* Apply design thinking principles to conceptualize and develop innovative methodologies for geophysical data acquisition and analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product developers, to integrate geophysical findings into project designs and product development.
* Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation of geophysical surveys and findings.
* Utilize M.Des coursework to propose creative solutions for challenges related to soil conditions, underground utilities, and environmental impact assessments.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in geophysical techniques and design methodologies.
