Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Geotechnical Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc in a relevant field and be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our infrastructure projects, particularly those related to our manufacturing and retail facilities within the gems and jewellery industry. You will work closely with project managers and construction teams to conduct site investigations, analyze soil conditions, and provide expert recommendations for foundation design and earthwork. This role requires a strong understanding of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and foundation engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site investigations, including drilling, sampling, and in-situ testing, to assess soil and rock conditions.
- Analyze laboratory test results for soil and rock properties.
- Perform geotechnical designs for foundations, retaining walls, and earthworks.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, including recommendations for construction.
- Collaborate with design engineers and architects to integrate geotechnical findings into project plans.
- Oversee construction activities related to earthworks and foundations to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential geotechnical risks.
