Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a BBA/BBM degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team as a Hardware - Other. This role will involve supporting various operational and administrative aspects related to hardware procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination within our medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement process for hardware components and equipment, including generating purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including stock levels, usage, and disposal.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Support the management of hardware assets, including tracking and maintaining a database of all equipment.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand hardware requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing reports related to hardware procurement, inventory, and expenditure.
- Participate in the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to hardware management.
