Role Summary:
Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Reliability Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and longevity of our electric vehicle hardware components. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong foundational understanding of hardware systems and reliability principles. You will work closely with design and manufacturing teams to identify potential failure modes and implement preventative measures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and execution of hardware reliability test plans (e.g., HALT, HASS, environmental testing).
* Analyze test data and failure reports to identify root causes of hardware failures.
* Support the design team in component selection and design reviews to enhance reliability.
* Participate in the development and maintenance of reliability prediction models.
* Document test procedures, results, and recommendations clearly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality assurance) to address reliability issues.
* Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in hardware reliability engineering.
