Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Head - Analytics / BI to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making by developing and managing our business intelligence and analytics functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Sc graduate with a passion for data to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.
Clean and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support the creation of ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics processes and tools.
