Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Understand client needs and ensure project deliverables align with their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (project management, sales, technical) to ensure seamless client service.
- Prepare and present client reports, performance updates, and proposals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Manage client contracts and ensure timely renewal.
