Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage (F&B) to oversee and manage all F&B operations for our upcoming hospitality facilities supporting our mining operations in Indore. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets, including catering for site personnel.
- Oversee menu planning, procurement, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Train and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
